OAI was founded March 3, 1995 by Afi G. Osakwe, MA and is dedicated to improving the quality of life within communities through services to the public and private sectors--including educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and governmental and non-governmental agencies. Those services include social research, information brokerage, organizational assessment, strategic planning and implementation, web design, desktop publishing, online network facilitation, office operations assessment (systems/analysis integration), and online direct marketing. OAI also facilitates rural and urban populations with language and finiancial literacy, after school programs, male rites of passage programs, and US Armed Forces veterans issues.

Strategic Partnering/Brokerage

As part of a nationwide team of entrepreneurs, OAI helps facilitate securing contracts with federal, state, and local governments including risk management, information communications technology use, construction, facilities maintenance, and more. Our strategic partnerships also include proven event planners, a speakers bureau, international business developers, anti-terrorism experts, former high-ranking government officials and financial experts. SBA(8a) businesses and VA agencies are the major focus of our development teams.

Organizational and Business Assessment

Strategic planning and implementation are necessary to fulfill stated an entity's mission, goals and objectives. Our method of assessment is comprehensive yet unobtrusive to determine what it is to be achieved, how, when and with what resources--efficiently and effectively. The process is a combined incremental/systems approach including staff self-evaluation with a comprehensive assessment tool.
