OAI was founded March 3, 1995 by Afi G. Osakwe, MA and is dedicated to improving the quality of life within communities through services to educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and governmental and non-governmental agencies. Those services include research, information brokerage, organizational assessment, strategic planning and implementation, web hosting, desktop publishing, online network facilitation, office operations assessment (systems/analysis integration), and online direct marketing.

Research

OAI uses a social research model that has been very effective in assessing problems of the community, block-by-block, using comprehensive data and a unique model of analysis--including cross-fertilization design and network systems analysis. University, college and community college social science departments should be particularly interested. In addition, we will provide community profiles developed according to specifications and census data, labor statistics, environmental data, and other indexes.

Strategic planning is necessary for any organization to fulfill its mission and meet its goals and objectives. Our method of assessment is comprehensive yet unobtrusive to determine what it is you would like to achieve, how, when and with what resources. The process is a combined incremental/systems approach including staff self-evaluation with a comprehensive assessment tool.

Lectures

Founder and Chief Information Officer, Afi G.
